    Jen Kelsey went over and above with her professionalism and service to our family. When we started our journey to find a home, we had no idea really what we wanted. She patiently listened and showed us many homes, helping us to eventually hone in on a budget and style home we needed. She was phenomenal with this. She did her research and is extremely knowledgeable in real estate and was able to effectively answer all our questions or find the answers quickly if not. She exceeded all expectations in helping us close on our home remotely from 2,000 miles away. She found a way to make it happen and when that fell through at the last minute she immediately got on the phone and found a mobile notary to come to us and seal the deal. After closing, her service to us has not stopped. She has again continued to do far more than her job description to help us. We cannot say enough positive things about this realtor. From the very beginning, as we looked at homes, it was so obvious she had done her homework so thoroughly on each house and knew so many details! I did not at the time realize how unusual this was! When we found a house to make an offer on, she helped educate me with this process from the very beginning all the way through the closing and BEYOND! Her communication was always very concise, timely, and most of all PATIENT! She helped with recommendations of service people to call for work we wanted done, even going to the house to let them in and staying during the work! Jen was a total joy and professional to work with! Jen is as well a blast as a person and knows all the great lunch places in OKC! Could not recommend her any higher!

My husband and I had questions over whether to renovate or buy and Jen gave us some really good things to think about as we made the decision. We ended up renovating and even though she didn’t get to sell us a house, this time, she made a wonderful recommendation on a renovation company. She cared about what was best for our family and supported our decision even though us buying and not renovating would have been more lucrative for her. Jen rocks!
