Vinita Oklahoma, a great place to invest.
Vinita is a small town of 5000 people, two and a half hours Northeast of Oklahoma City. They have been chosen as the new site for an enormous theme park. The park is called Heartland and is being created by those who launched Branson, MO and the designers from the Disney parks.
This part of the state has struggled in recent years. The State mental hospital was located here and shut down in the 90s. A nearby mine in Pitcher, OK closed leaving families jobless. The theme park will bring some new excitement and much needed investment to this part of the state.
As you consider your retirement investments and see your savings account appreciating at 2%, it may be a good time to invest in property that will appreciate at a faster pace. Property all across the state is appreciating at 7-8% this year. Property in Vinita will certainly outrun that.
My parents lived in this part of the state for many years and I know the area well. I've been making weekly trips up there since the park was announced. If you're interested in hearing more about Vinita and seeing properties as they come available, simply respond here.
