New Zoning Law in Norman
The Norman City Council has done what we thought they'd never do, they just made it legal to add a guest house in your backyard.If you haven't heard, OU joined the SEC. That means many people will be visiting Norman for the first time this Fall for the Home Games. The entire city is in a tizzy, sweeping floors, freshening up, and rolling out the proverbial red carpet for our new guests.
